Pointer Systems is a firm specializing in call center services and consulting for Nortel's products. We have extensive experience in designing, implementing, supporting, and upgrading high-tech call center solutions. We are a Nortel Services and Solutions Provider (SSCP), a member of the Nortel Open Developer Program, and Nortel-certified to install and support most of the products in the Symposium family.
Technologies
We are Nortel-certified and have years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Symposium Call Center Server 4.2 and 5.0, Symposium Express 4.2, Nortel TAPI Service Provider 2.3 and 3.0, and Symposium Agent 2.3. We also offer application development on the Periphonics MPS100/500 platform. In addition, we have years of experience in development and deployment of CTConnect/Netmerge CTI applications.
Solutions
Our specialty is in working with distributors that sell Nortel products and are looking for a reliable and experienced partner to help them move into the modern call center arena. We prefer to offer turn-key solutions in which we handle all aspects of the project, from requirements gathering and system design all the way through implementation and training to post-cutover support. However, we are also available on a time-and-materials or a consultative basis.
